1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how the EduKit Task mobile app collects, stores, uses, and protects users' personal data.
By using the app you agree to the terms of this policy. Access to the app requires an account provisioned by your educational organization (learning center) β users do not register on their own.

2. What data we collect
EduKit Task app
- Account information β phone number and password
- Task and lead data β assigned tasks, customer/lead contacts, call history
- Device data β device type, OS version
- Biometric authentication β stored on device only
- Push-notification token
3. How we use the data
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Helping center staff manage tasks and leads
- Tracking call history and customer interactions
- Sending push notifications
- Ensuring stable operation of the app
Never used for advertising or marketing. Data is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your personal data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your account
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Disable biometric authentication at any time
- Disable push notifications via device settings
To exercise these rights, contact your organization administrator or reach us through the channels listed below. Requests are answered within 30 calendar days.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely with the following measures:
- Encrypted transport via HTTPS (SSL/TLS)
- Authentication via JWT tokens
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes
- Tokens kept in secure device storage (Secure Storage / Keychain)
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Regular backups, retained at least 90 days
7. Children's privacy
This app is designed for learning-center staff and is not intended for direct use by children. Handling of children's data is described in the other EduKit ecosystem apps (Student / Parent) and on the CRM side.
8. Retention period
- Active use β stored while the center uses the service
- Account deletion β anonymized within 30 calendar days
- Audit log β 7 years (for security and legal needs)
- Backups β 90 days
9. Notification of changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification or by email. Continued use means agreement with the new terms.
